If you enter a name, location, or other search term into a third-party search tool on this site, that request is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Polk County Inmate Population does not store or maintain those search terms on its own server.

Stat. secs. 19.31-19.39, governs access to many government records, but it does not make this private site a government records office.
